Here's how receiving a loan from us works: You bring us your item, and one of our friendly staff members will appraise its value. Once you've agreed on the price, you will be given the option to sell it outright or receive a loan on it. If you choose to receive a loan on it, you will be given 30 days to come back and redeem your item and pay back the amount you borrowed plus a service charge. If you are unable to pay the full amount, we offer you the option to pay the one-month service charge, and we will hold your item for another 30 days. You can continue this process for as long as you need to until you can come up with the full amount required to redeem your item.
